「墨仔」由香港漫畫家小克所創作，是本地首個以動漫為主題、結合活化歷史建築的人文藝術社區－－「動漫基地」的代言人 。

「墨仔」生於香港，無時無刻都在構思新作，最喜歡結交新朋友同發白日夢！他不愛說話，只會用圖像表達自己；他亦會隨不同場合、情景、心情而轉變。

「動漫基地」為市區重建局（市建局）位於灣仔茂蘿街／巴路士街的首個純保育活化項目，於2013年7月正式開幕。該項目由市建局委聘香港藝術中心負責五年的營運和管理。「動漫基地」不僅為本地及海外的動漫藝術家提供一個別出心裁的創意平台，進一步推動本土動漫行業的發展，更是本港與世界各地交流動漫藝術的重要平台。「動漫基地」透過舉辦展覽、大師班、動漫資料館、新作發佈會、講座等活動，積極將本地及國際動漫畫推廣予香港市民及來自世界各地的訪客。

“Comix Bubble” is a unique icon created by Hong Kong acclaimed comics artist Siuhak for the first art community in Hong Kong conjoining creativity in comics and animation with revitalized historic architecture - Comix Home Base.

Comix Bubble was born and raised in Hong Kong. He loves making friends and daydreaming, and always expresses himself through visuals, not words. Comix Bubble will change to different forms and shapes in different occasions.

Established in July 2013, Comix Home Base (CHB), is the Urban Renewal Authority (URA)’s first pure preservation cum revitalization project. The URA has appointed Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC) as the Main Operator to manage CHB under a 5-year contract. The HKAC endeavours to use CHB as a platform for exchange and interaction of the animation and comics industry both locally and overseas. Since its inception, CHB is striving to promote local and international comics to the local public and overseas visitors through various initiatives, including exhibitions, master classes, comix salon (comics’ resources centre), launch of artwork and seminars.
